Social Studio Data Deletion
Last updated: June 23, 2026
Social Studio stores social account tokens in the user's device Keychain and stores local workflow metadata in the native app's local store. The OAuth broker does not store provider access tokens.
To delete connected account data, open Social Studio, go to Account Connections, choose the provider account, and disconnect it. You can also revoke Social Studio from the provider's own connected apps or security settings.
If you need help locating local diagnostic records or connection metadata, contact Audia Systems support with the provider name and approximate connection date. Do not send access tokens, refresh tokens, passwords, or authorization codes.
- Disconnecting an account removes Social Studio's local token reference and attempts to remove local Keychain token material.
- Revoking access in the provider dashboard prevents future provider API access.
- Local drafts, queues, and manual exports can be deleted from the native app or the user's local workspace.
- Diagnostics are designed to exclude social account tokens, passwords, and post content.
